Production Manager responsibilities:

Manufacturing process management: from start to finish (Casting to Quality Control)

Handle all customer service issues associated with the studio

Provide timely responses to store inquiries, good communication skills is essential

Build and maintain rapport with all levels and divisions of the company

Skills & Attributes required

Strong leadership skills and ability to build a strong team

Find areas of improvement and implement processes (refine to produce optimum results)

Manage and motivate a highly skilled workforce

Continue to develop a positive teamwork environment

High drive to succeed; to always be improving (continuous improvement in themselves and the studio)

Experience in management, leading teams and/or overseeing projects is an asset

Multi task, self motivated and ability to prioritize

Passion for excellence and a solid 'get-it-done' attitude and ability.
